I was so prepared to be met by yet another disappointing purchase of "raw hair". Every purchase I have made in the last few years has turned out to be a plastic-feeling, tangled up LIE. But this time when I opened my box I could tell immediately just from the natural smell that this was genuine hair. I could cry I am so happy!!

Nothing falls short of quality here! I'll be back again. Shipping was really worth the wait!!
